Q: How do I place an order?

A: Shopping at Lighters Galore is easy and secure.

    1. Choose the product you want to order then click the ADD TO CART button.
    2. Click MY CART button on the upper right part of the page to review your selected items, and follow instructions to Checkout.
    3. You can then click on CONTINUE SHOPPING if you want to shop for more items, or you can PROCEED TO CHECKOUT once you are done shopping.
    4. LOG-IN WITH YOUR LIGHTERS GALORE ACCOUNT. If you don’t have an account yet, click SIGN-UP.
    5. Once you’re logged in, fill out the CHECKOUT FORM with your account details and choose your preferred SHIPPING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS.
    6. Finally, click on PLACE ORDER button and check your email for confirmation slip. You are done.

    Q: What payment options do you offer?

    A: We ship via courier for provincial addresses and moto-delivery for addresses within Metro Manila.

    A: Metro Manila 2-3 business days, Provincial areas 7-15 business days. *For addresses within Metro Manila, you can get your orders either the same day or between 1-2 days depending on how fast you can successfully process the payment.

    Q: Can I have my orders exchanged?

    A: We have 7-days warranty period, please make sure that the item is in its original & complete packaging.

    Bring damaged / defective product to Lighters Galore Branch near you. Please take note that returns shall be made within 3 days period from the date and time you received the item or else it will be considered null and void.

    STRICTLY NO CASH REFUND. If problems shall be determined as factory defects, we will issue a new item of the same product or you may opt to replace it with another product of the same purchased amount.

    Q: What is the difference between Refillable & Rechargeable Lighter?
    A: A Refillable Lighter is a portable device used to create a flame, and to ignite a variety of combustible materials, such as cigars, gas stoves, fireworks, candles, or cigarettes. It consists of metal or plastic container filled with a flammable fluid or pressurized liquid gas, a means of ignition to produce the flame.
    On the other hand, Rechargeable Lighter is an alternative lighter that can be powered by electricity, using an electric arc or heating element to ignite the target.
    Q: What is an electronic cigarette?
    A: An electronic cigarette is a battery operated device that administers doses of nicotine in the form of a vaporized solution; a smoker’s alternative to traditional cigarettes to satisfy nicotine cravings.
    Q: Who should NOT be using electronic cigarettes?
    A: People who are minors under 18 years of age, anyone with health problems, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those who are sensitive to nicotine or any other ingredients such as propylene glycol, which is an FDA approved chemical that simply helps produce the vapor, SHOULD NOT USE ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES.
    Q: What are the Nicotine levels on your E-juice?
    A: Nicotine level of E-juices depend on the MG that you choose to purchase, from 0mg-16mg. If you opt for a non-nicotine e-juice you should choose the 0mg, or if you want the spank of a real cigarette, you should choose a higher level of MG that best fit you.
    Q: Why is my E-cig unit leaking?
    A: During the filling process, you may have gotten a little E-liquid in the airflow tube. Simply grab a Q-Tip and slide it down the center tube to absorb the spilled E-liquid.
    Q: Why is there a burnt taste after changing my E-liquid?
    A: When you are refilling your tank with E-juice, make sure that you let it sit for 1-2 minutes before vaping, otherwise, you will get a burnt taste. Make sure that it is completely saturated before vaping.
